Privacy policy
Last updated: 5 November 2026
This policy covers the Tips4Workspace website and Tips4Workspace Studio, the private application the channel owner uses with Google APIs.
Who uses Tips4Workspace Studio
Only the channel owner signs in, with the channel's own Google account (tips4workspace@gmail.com). The application is not offered to the public and does not sign in other users.
What Google data it accesses and why
- YouTube (youtube, youtube.upload, yt-analytics.readonly): to upload the channel's own videos, set their titles and descriptions, and read the channel's own statistics.
- Google Sheets, Docs, Slides and Drive: to create the example files shown in videos, write formulas, read back the computed results to verify them, and store those files in the channel's own Drive.
- Google Cloud (cloud-platform): to manage the channel's own Google Cloud project, its AI models and its budget alerts.
What it does not do
It does not access any other person's account or files, does not sell or share data, does not use Google user data for advertising, and does not use it to train general AI models. Google user data is used only for the purposes above and stays in the channel's own Google account and the owner's private server.
Website visitors
The website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or trackers. The host (Cloudflare) may keep standard technical logs.
Limited Use
Tips4Workspace Studio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Deletion and contact
To ask about or delete any data, write to tips4workspace@gmail.com. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
